  • Minors: If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the store’s services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Store Rights and Authorities

Dantel Store reserves the right to take the following actions at its sole discretion and within the limits of the law:

5. Delivery Policy

  • Proof of Delivery: Upon delivery, an electronic signature or a signature on the invoice may be required, which serves as confirmation that the order has been received in full.

  • Third-Party Receipt: If the customer is not present at the specified address, the order may be delivered to any person present at that address. Their signature shall be deemed as receipt by the customer.

  • Failed Delivery: If delivery cannot be completed, the customer must contact Customer Service to schedule a new delivery time.

  • Unclaimed Orders: Dantel Store shall not be held liable for any order that is not received within 30 days of the order date.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Users hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
